Privacy Policy
Owner-review draft — not yet approved or effective. This notice describes the present application and identifies information that must be completed before public launch.
Who is responsible
EKSTRUH LTD operates WithAffiliateMarketing.com. Company number: 16905290. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Victoria Grove, Bolton, United Kingdom, BL1 4JW. General enquiries and designated privacy contact: help@withaffiliatemarketing.com. The legal effective date is awaiting owner approval.
Requests and tool inputs
The server receives requests to display pages and process tools. Calculators use submitted values and stated assumptions to return a result. The application does not save calculator inputs in its database or create visitor accounts for them. Inputs are still transmitted to the server. Hosting, proxy or diagnostic settings can affect what is logged and must be checked before launch. Do not enter passwords, sensitive personal information or information about other people into the tools.
Technical operation and security
Page delivery and security can involve IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and error information. Exact production access logs, recipients and retention depend on the host, which has not been selected. The application logs a generic request-failure message and exception class; production server logging must be reviewed separately.
Internal editorial administration
The restricted CMS processes authorised editors’ email addresses, display names, roles, password hashes, sessions and editorial activity. Login rate limits use hashed IP and account identifiers; these are pseudonymous security data, not a promise of anonymity. Editorial records and uploaded media can contain author or contributor information. Editors must have an appropriate basis and permission for publishing personal information or media.
Preferences
When a visitor saves a privacy choice, the browser stores the choice, a configuration version and expiry in wam_consent for up to 180 days. The record contains no unique visitor identifier. Restricted CMS authentication uses a separate session cookie. See /cookie-policy/ for the current storage inventory.
Communications
If you email us about support, privacy, corrections or accessibility, the message can include your address, name, correspondence and any attachments you choose to send. Email is handled outside this application; it has no public message-submission form. The mailbox provider, authorised handlers and retention arrangements need owner confirmation. Send only information needed for the enquiry.
Purposes and lawful bases — owner review required
The proposed purposes are providing the requested tools and pages, protecting the service, administering editorial work and responding to enquiries. Legitimate interests may be appropriate for some of these activities, subject to the owner assessing necessity, reasonable expectations and effects on people. Any reliance on a legal obligation must identify the actual obligation. Optional analytics or advertising would require a separate review of data-protection lawful bases and consent for relevant device access. No final lawful-basis allocation is asserted in this draft.
Recipients and international processing — completion required
Authorised personnel and selected hosting, database, backup and email providers may handle information needed for their roles. Production providers, subprocessors, locations, contractual arrangements and any international-transfer safeguards are not yet confirmed. We do not claim that information stays in the UK or that an unnamed provider supplies particular safeguards.
Retention — completion required
The browser preference expires after up to 180 days. Editor sessions have a 30-minute inactivity limit and an eight-hour absolute authentication limit; these are access limits, not guaranteed file-deletion times. Retention and deletion criteria for server logs, login-limit records, CMS history, uploads, backups and correspondence must be approved and implemented before launch. This draft does not invent periods for them.
Optional future services
Google Analytics, WAM affiliate tracking and Google AdSense are disabled. They are intended possibilities, not current processing by this site. Before introducing any of them, the operator must approve real providers and configurations, update disclosures and apply the relevant consent and withdrawal controls. AdSense activation is blocked pending the separate approved CMP/provider integration and real-environment verification. The WAM preferences interface is not a Google-certified CMP.
Your rights and privacy enquiries
Contact help@withaffiliatemarketing.com to ask about your information or exercise applicable rights. Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, these can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. The owner must confirm a secure identity-checking and request-handling workflow before launch; do not email identity documents unless a necessary secure procedure has been agreed.
Right to object
Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your situation. Applicable exceptions must be assessed for the particular request. Raise an objection using the designated privacy email.
Complaints
You can raise a privacy concern with the designated contact. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. This route does not imply any registration, endorsement or certification of WAM by the regulator.
Other decisions before launch
The owner must decide and document audience and children’s-data handling. Tools provide informational calculations; they do not decide access to credit, employment or other eligibility. No statutory automated-decision compliance claim is made. Provider details, lawful bases, retention and rights procedures remain outstanding before this notice can be approved.
